    iPhone

    What should I do when eSIM is stuck in loading?

    it will be loading while eSIM being installed, If it doesn't proceed to next step, turning the phone on/off should fix the issue and allow you to continue with the installation process. Follow the installation guide for the remaining setup to use eSIM. (*Note: you cannot use esum if deleting eSIM, so please do not delete it.)

    What is APN settings and how to do it?

    • APN stands for Access Point Name, which is a gateway of data communication between mobile devices and mobile networks. By setting up APN, mobile devices can communicate with mobile networks for data transmission, and most eSIMs automatically configure the APN values after installation.
    • However, if there is a struggle with data usage, you can manually configure the APN values as each carrier has different settings.
